Entering a Submission

1. To have the chance for your Mother's Day message to feature in a video montage to be sent the ends of the earth and streamed on The Perfume Shop's website and social channels ("Montage"), you must be a UK resident aged 16 or over and complete the following by 23:59 on 2 March 2021:

1. take a photo or record a video of your Mother's Day message to the Mother figure in your life. The photo or video must be in landscape format;
2. if you choose to submit a video, this must last no longer than 20 seconds and must not include any background music; and
3. submit the photo or video via email, WeTransfer or Dropbox to sayit@finnpartners.com with your full name, county and email address.

Eligibility Requirements

2. There is a limit of one photo or video submission per person. Multiple submissions or submissions that are delivered late, are lost, unintelligible, incomplete, corrupted, or are otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.

3. All messages will be subject to initial moderation by The Perfume Shop's PR agency Finn Partners. Any submissions which contain inappropriate content (including but not limited to third party branding, offensive language, adult material or else anything Finn Partners deem inappropriate in its absolute discretion) or do not contain clear audio and / or visual content will not be eligible to feature in the Montage.

4. Any decision of Finn Partners or The Perfume Shop as to the eligibility of a photo or video to feature in the Montage will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Submissions Featured in the Montage

5. The Montage is estimated to last 30 minutes. Due to this, there will be a limited number of photos and videos that will feature in the Montage, however The Perfume Shop will endeavour to include as many entries as possible.

6. The photos and videos featured will be a selection of the entries that (together) meet the estimated duration of the Montage and all other criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.

7. If your photo or video is selected to potentially feature in the Montage you will be notified via email and will be required to:

1. Sign a waiver in order for your photo or video to be included; or
2. If your photo or video features a child under the age of 16, sign a waiver providing parental consent.

If you do not sign the waiver, your photo or video will not be able to be included

General

8. Individuals whose photos or videos are featured in the Montage will have their surname and county made available on request between 14 March and 14 April 2021 by sending an email to sayit@finnpartners.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to sayit@finnpartners.com by 13 March 2021. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

9. The Perfume Shop reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Montage being sent into near space due to adverse weather conditions or any other reason outside of The Perfume Shop's reasonable control.

10. Submitting a photo or video implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. By submitting an entry, you will be sharing your personal data with Finn Partners for the sole purpose of them facilitating the production of the Montage. Entrants that may feature in the Montage will have their photo or video and their personal data passed onto Sent into Space for the sole purpose of producing the Montage. Their Privacy Policies can be found at: https://www.finnpartners.com/privacy.html and https://www.sentintospace.com/privacy-policy. The Perfume Shop may also use your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.theperfumeshop.com/privacy-policy.

12. These terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
