We’re excited to partner with Deliveroo to give you same-day delivery of your favourite scents, straight to your door.

We've partnered with Deliveroo! Whether you've accidentally forgotten your mate's birthday, need the latest launch as soon as it's landed, or are taking 'last-minute shopping' to a new extreme, you can order directly to you or your loved one's door in, Eau Yes, same day delivery!

How it works

Step 1 - Download the App

You can download the Deliveroo app from the App Store or Google Play. After that, simply log in or create an account (if you don't already have one) and search for us, The Perfume Shop.

Step 2 - Find your nearest store

Pop in your postcode or just type in The Perfume Shop to find the nearest store that delivers locally to you.

Step 3 - Shop your scent

Now it makes scents to start shopping! With over 1,000 fragrances available, enjoy browsing and choosing your favourite perfume. Once you've found the perfect scent, tap 'Go to checkout', enter your address & pay!

Step 4 - It's on its way!

Sit back & relax. You can track the progress of your delivery via the app, and your perfume will arrive same day!

Yes. Once your order is confirmed, you can track its progress via the Deliveroo app.

What do I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you have any issues with your order delivery, please get in touch with Deliveroo through their help section on the app. As Deliveroo is the delivery provider - not The Perfume Shop - you will need to contact them for assistance.

Terms & Conditions

Subject to availability. Geographical restrictions apply. Delivery times may vary. Our returns policy is 90 days, if the product is returned in a condition which is not fully resalable or the packaging is damaged,  we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on the item. To return an order placed on Deliveroo, raise a return request via the Deliveroo app, then take the item back to the store you purchased it from. You are unable to collect or redeem VIP Rewards Club points on Deliveroo purchases. For individual product information, please see the description on the product page.
